American Family Care (AFC) and its franchisees operate urgent, non-emergency healthcare clinics across the US. As of fall 2020, each AFC franchisee managed their individual locations’ websites and brand communications. AFC turned to IDS, its preferred digital marketing agency, to conduct a complete migration of all of these sites. This migration included extracting all content from existing sites, updating key SEO factors, creating redirects for every domain, and establishing communication with each location. PIRTEK is an on-site and retail hydraulic and industrial hose service provider. PIRTEK wanted to increase the number and quality of incoming franchise leads while reducing the cost per click. IDS worked with PIRTEK to create a customized pay-per-click (PPC) Google ad campaign by utilizing highly targeted search engine marketing (SEM) and display campaigns to increase the number of overall leads, increase qualified leads, and reduce costs. Through remarketing PPC campaigns, IDS was instrumental in re-engaging visitors and capturing more impressions at a higher click-through rate to improve lead conversions. Senior Care Authority and its franchisees provide leading senior care consultancy services, offering families nurturing, safe, and effective care options for their senior loved ones. As of August 2021, Senior Care Authority had 63 locations, of which 55 were not located on the main corporate website. In its franchisor capacity, Senior Care Authority recognized the potential to increase leads and conversion rates by optimizing these individual sites and migrating them to the main corporate website.
